The Safety Dance


This morning I puked bile, and this weekend I did none of the coursework I intended to complete. But I didn't gain any weight. Thank God, because the only God I can believe in right now is Goddess Ana, even if that does make me a lame Tumblr wannabe.

I need to have a plan, because intuitive eating and internal debates don't work for me. I need to have a plan so I can eat something every day, because I can't keep fasting and binging and fasting and binging.

Here are my college safe foods. This is more for me than for any of my anonymous readers--what is safe for me is probably unsafe for you, or may not be a staple at your college or in your country. This is more a reminder, so I stop going "searching" for food late at night, or am tempted to binge for no other reason than there is nothing else to do. So I can maybe eat around friends, or can eat throughout the day without feeling tired. I will still calorie count; I must not exceed 300 again. But I must have at least TWO caloric components on TWO separate occasions each day.

1/2 Grapefruit - 75
0% Oikos Greek Yoghurt - 70
Grape - 3
Plum - 30
Perfect Oatmeal w/ Brown Sugar - 170
Black Coffee - 5
Honest Ade 0 Calorie Lemonade
Schweppes Flavored Seltzer Water
SoBe Lifewater
Powerade Zero
Tea
